Solo Exhibition of Larisa Safaryan

Wood Symphony gallery is pleased to present Strong & Fragile, an exhibition featuring the delicate art of Larisa Safaryan. Safaryan has chosen an unconventional and fragile medium - egg shells for her artistic expression. Her art is delicate but intense, elaborate yet simple, harmonious and elegant. In this body of work, Safaryan explores the idea of freedom to create without restriction, “As we are all born at a certain time and place, we’re also subject to the surrounding influences. However, while visualizing a new sculpture or paintings I rise above those influences to create something new. My creations reflect the result of my subjective interpretation of human feelings and experiences.”  Some people dream of beauty, Larisa Safaryan creates it.
