This piece was made into an old hackberry that was planted in France in 1789 to celebrate the revolution. Five years were necessary to decide what to do with this piece of wood. I kept the natural edge with a beautifull texture, and just carved and turned the inside. the seven "spheres" are hollowed on the lathe.
