My work is very tactile and I ask onlookers to pick up my work and feel it, in its entirety. I am constantly trying to create works of art that demand to be picked up and held. Some of my work is created from solid woods that have voids, knots, splits, worm holes, cracks and fissures. I will use those flaws to unleash the natural beauty of the piece of wood. I strive to create "WOW!" pieces so unique in from, texture, color, grain, technique and finish that the observer can't help but to be inspired by the totality of the pieces.
