Tea is all about comfort. These pieces are an expression of what I find comforting and calming. The imagery evokes a place of contentment, a sense of home and relaxation; the thought of being home on a chilly day with my hands wrapped around a hot mug of tea. In the same way that I associate spending time in nature and being in the comfort of my own home, tea provides a great sense of well-being.
