I enjoy creating work that re_ects what I see around me. I love colors, and I like bringing colors into the pieces I make. I also enjoy nature, and making reference to the process of growth. I use curls and spirals in my work to invite the viewer to see lines that help the eyes look beyond the static presentation of the piece. It is important to me to interpret what I see in a whimsy manner, as I believe it invites the viewer to participate and appreciate the piece.
